Our Staff
Attorney Thomas (Tom) M. Root has been practicing primarily family, bankruptcy, and estate planning/probate law since 1981. He has seen the divorce decrees grow from one-typed page to over forty pages. He was there when there were no child support guidelines, but rather each case was based upon the client's individual situation. He has been fighting for the family unit for over 29 years, and still makes each client's cases personal to himself.
When you come to the Law Office of Thomas M. Root, you will be greeted by one of two paralegals in our office. Sandy primarily concentrates on clients seeking help with family law and probate matters. She has been dealing with family law and probate issues for 20 years and takes a very personal interest in each client that she assists.
Stephanie primarily concentrates on bankruptcy clients, assisting them in gathering information, and preparing the documents to file either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Stephanie has been a paralegal for seven years and is extremely concerned about our clients' financial well-being.
